FREE ADULT DENTAL HEALTH CARE DAY FOR RUTLAND COUNTY

Who should attend?
ONLY low-income, Rutland County residents, 18 or over without medical or dental insurance coverage.

What should I bring?
VT-issued ID / proof of income / list of medicines taken

What should I expect?
Upon arrival, there will most likely be a line. Be prepared to wait—standing—perhaps for a lengthy period of time. Financial and medical forms will be filled-out and medical and dental evaluations completed. Participants who complete the process will receive dental treatment that day. Please plan accordingly. Slots are very limited. First come, first served.

What care will I receive?
ONLY urgent care will be provided for a broken tooth or a painful toothache. NO preventative care, cleanings, dentures (repair/replacement or new), root canals, crowns, etc. will be provided.

Can I bring my kids with me?
No. Due to the length of time of the process, there is not a way to accommodate families.

Who should I call with questions?
Please contact the United Way of Rutland County at 802-773-7477.
