- 39 Pine Street (#3) is finished – we’re looking for a buyer!
- 128 Library Ave is well-underway, finished within 2 months
- Park Ave properties will be tackled next, to be completed by end of 2018

April Cioffi – Trying to create a way to find funds to continue a scholarship program that is ending. Brainstorming: Summer Camp Fair: charge organizations to showcase services, money goes to scholarships for local youth to attend
