Project VISION Committees
The Project VISION committees are central to the structure of Project VISION. It is thanks to the brainstorming power of the committees that the extensive mission and goals of Project VISION begins to focus towards particular projects and achievable solutions. Project VISION has two focus committees – the Health Committee and the Community Building and Neighborhood Engagement Committee. Within each of these two committees, the subcommittees, outlined below, further transform the overarching vision of the coalition into specific actions and projects.

New Committee Structure
In 2020, Project VISION developed a new strategic plan. The current committee and subcommittee structure is a direct result of our new strategic plan. If you would like to see the former committee structure and read about past committee projects, check out the Committee History page.
Going forward, the prior “Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Committee” will be named simply as “Health Committee” to indicate a more broader view of community health: medical, healthcare and treatment services along with a healthier Rutland community. The prior two committees, “Building Great Neighborhoods” and “Crime & Safety” (later “Community Policing & Engagement”) will be combined into a single committee called, “Community Building and Neighborhood Engagement“.
