RCC Behavioral Health Committee
Committee Mission Statement
The Behavioral Health Committee seeks to identify barriers that patients encounter that prevent them receiving care and treatment from the most appropriate resources. This committee’s purpose is to ensure alignment of goals between various agencies, the coordination of patient care, and improvement in patient engagement and outcomes.
Committee Goals for 2021
- Increase community knowledge of mental health and substance use resources.
- Provide training to improve community understanding around treatment of patients presenting with substance use disorders.
